1. Before bonding MPP power pipe and fittings, wipe the side of the socket and the outside of the socket with dry cloth. When the surface is greasy, wipe it with acetone.
2, pipe section should be flat, vertical pipe axis and chamfering processing; Before bonding, the insertion line should be drawn and the trial insertion should be carried out. The depth of the trial insertion can only be inserted to 1/3 to 1/2 of the original depth. If the gap is larger than that, it is forbidden to use the bonding method.
3. When applying the adhesive, the inner side of the socket should be daub first, and then the outer side of the socket should be daub an appropriate amount of it evenly from the inside to the outside along the axis, without missing or excessive daub (200g/m2).
4. After the adhesive is smeated, it is advisable to keep the external force applied unchanged within 1 minute, and keep the straightness and position of the MPP power pipe interface correct.
5. After bonding, the extruded excess adhesive shall be cleaned in time, and no force or forced loading shall be allowed during curing time.
